By accessing this website, submitting a quote request, or confirming a reservation with GoRegal, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and services.

GoRegal (“GoRegal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nationwide luxury chauffeur and limousine concierge and booking platform based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
GoRegal coordinates reservations, manages booking arrangements, and processes secure payments for transportation services performed by licensed and insured independent third-party transportation providers (“Service Providers”).
GoRegal does not own vehicles and does not directly operate transportation services unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Nature of Services

GoRegal assists clients in arranging luxury ground transportation services including, but not limited to:

  • Chauffeur-driven transportation

  • Limousine services

  • Airport transfers

  • Corporate and executive transportation

  • Weddings and special events

  • Group transportation

  • Multi-stop itineraries

  • Hourly and point-to-point services

All transportation services are fulfilled by independent Service Providers.
GoRegal acts as the booking manager and merchant of record for transactions processed through our platform.

3. Quotes & Booking Confirmation

Submission of a quote request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
A reservation is considered confirmed only when:

  • Service availability has been verified

  • The customer has approved the final quoted rate

  • Required payment has been successfully processed

  • A confirmation has been issued by GoRegal

GoRegal reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion due to availability, incomplete information, payment authorization issues, safety concerns, operational limitations, or other business considerations.

4. Payment Terms

A. Standard Sedan & Airport Reservations (More Than 48 Hours Before Service)

To secure a reservation, the following payment structure applies:

  • A 20%–30% non-refundable deposit may be required to secure vehicle allocation and scheduling.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to service.

GoRegal reserves the right to require full prepayment depending on booking value, demand, travel dates, or Service Provider requirements.

  • A minimum 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before service.

B. SUV, Executive Van & Premium Vehicle Categories

  • (Stretch Limousines, Party Buses, Mini Coaches, Motor Coaches, Multi-Vehicle Bookings, Weddings, Large Events)

  • A 40%–50% non-refundable deposit may be required at time of confirmation.

  • Final payment may be due 5–7 days prior to service, depending on vehicle type, booking value, or event classification.

  • Certain high-demand or peak-period bookings may require 100% upfront payment.

C. Specialty & Group Vehicles

Reservations scheduled within seven (7) days of service may require full prepayment at time of confirmation.

D. Bookings Within 7 Days of Service

Full payment (100%) is required at time of confirmation.

E. Last-Minute Bookings (Within 48 Hours)

All payments are processed securely through GoRegal as merchant of record. By submitting payment, the customer authorizes GoRegal to charge the agreed amount in accordance with these Terms.
Failure to remit payment within required timeframes may result in cancellation without notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Due to advance coordination, Service Provider allocation, and scheduling commitments, the following cancellation terms apply:

A. Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits compensate for administrative coordination, scheduling commitments, vehicle allocation, and Service Provider reservation guarantees.

B. Cancellations More Than 48 Hours Before Service

Deposits are retained. Additional amounts paid beyond the deposit may be refunded at GoRegal’s discretion, less processing or administrative fees.

C. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Service

D. Specialty & Group Vehicle Cancellations

Reservations may be non-refundable. Customers may be responsible for up to 100% of the total booking amount.

For stretch limousines, party buses, motor coaches, weddings, large group bookings, or multi-vehicle reservations:

  • Cancellation notice may be required 72 hours or more in advance.

  • Cancellations within required notice period may be non-refundable and charged at 100%.

Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at time of booking when applicable.

E. Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable and may be charged in full.

F. Written Cancellation Requirement

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: info@goregal.net
Verbal cancellations are not considered valid.

6. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when:

  • A passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location within the allotted waiting period;

  • The customer cannot be contacted using the information provided; or

  • The customer refuses service at time of dispatch.

No-shows are non-refundable and may be charged at 100% of the booking total.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at GoRegal’s discretion.
Refund eligibility may be limited or denied due to:

  • Late cancellations

  • Same-day cancellations

  • No-shows

  • Service Provider charges already incurred

  • Administrative, processing, or coordination fees

  • Custom itinerary arrangements

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method when feasible.

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking details

  • Remain reachable on the day of service

  • Be present at the scheduled pickup time

  • Ensure passenger compliance with safety and conduct standards

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excess waiting time

  • Additional stops not included in reservation

  • Changes to itinerary

  • Vehicle damage

  • Cleaning fees (including smoking or excessive mess)

  • Overtime beyond reserved duration

9. Service Provider Responsibility

Transportation services are performed by independent Service Providers.
GoRegal is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather events

  • Road closures

  • Mechanical breakdowns

  • Accidents

  • Acts of God

  • Governmental restrictions

  • Events beyond reasonable control

GoRegal will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoRegal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of our services.
GoRegal’s total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific reservation at issue.

11. California & Multi-State Compliance

For services coordinated in California and other states:

  • Transportation services are performed by licensed Service Providers operating under applicable state and local regulations.

  • Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable California consumer protection laws.

  • Cancellation and refund terms remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact GoRegal directly to attempt resolution prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks filed in violation of these Terms, including disputes of non-refundable deposits or valid cancellation charges, may be formally contested with supporting documentation.
By confirming a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the deposit and cancellation terms outlined herein.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Modifications to Terms

GoRegal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
